LOCATION - Believe it or not, this page shows you where the Costa de Almeria is in Spain and, in particular, the location of Roquetas de Mar. You will also find some interesting information about the area, the towns and the people. There is also a photo gallery and videos showing the local shops, the harbour and the tourist area in Roquetas de Mar.

APARTMENT - This page contains a photo gallery and videos showing the Palazzo Vivaldi complex, both inside and out, together with details of our apartment. It also contains a layout plan with sizes, showing you how spacious the rooms are. Also on this page is a view of its position within the complex, overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean. Some views around the complex are also shown to give you an idea of the area it is built in, which is quiet but close to the shops, restaurants, sea and harbour.

PRICES - Our apartment will sleep six people in comfort. It is our experience that rental apartments of this size are usually priced per apartment, with under occupancy charges, making them very expensive if your party is less than the maximum. To overcome this we have priced our apartment based on the occupancy, thus relieving you of under occupancy charges. Bargain!!!
